Agni Ayurveda is committed to your health and well-being and that starts with proper nutrition. What you eat affects how you physically look, but what most people don’t realize is that it also affects your sleep patterns, emotional steadiness, ability to focus, and physical vitality. We believe food is healing medicine and  this is reflected in the meals we create for you. Agni is delighted to offer our meal plan option to provide you with nourishing, healthy, and wonderfully delicious food five days a week. All of our meals are vegetarian, gluten-free, and caffeine-free to help improve your digestive powers and enhance the healing process. All of our food preparation follows a sattvic way of life. Sattva means uncontaminated and purifying. Therefore our food is healthy, nutritious, and clean and contributes to the strength and equilibrium of the mind. This is an ideal opportunity for single people and families looking to improve their overall health. By participating in our meal plan you’ll be amazed at the time it saves so you can focus on other important areas of your life like family, future goals and dreams.

How It Works

Monday – Friday our Ayurvedic Chef Prakash will prepare fresh meals for you to pick up at Agni Ayurveda between 8am-10am. Prakash provides a variety of food and tea that combines the healing herbs and spices used in traditional Ayurveda.

What to bring:
3 or 4 quart size containers
1 small 8oz or 16oz container 
1 quart jar or thermos for tea
*Glass containers are strongly recommended

Investment: One day/$30 | $150/week, Monday - Friday

The Chef

Chef Prakash Jagadappa was born in India in the state of Maharashtra. He grew up in a traditional family in which Ayurvedic food practices were a part of everyday life. As a young man, Prakash cooked for a temple in Mumbai where he prepared healthy meals for large numbers of people. He has over 20 years of experience working internationally as an Ayurveda Chef in both Australia and the US. It is his heart’s desire to help educate people about Ayurvedic food and spices. He is passionate about helping people heal, spiritually as well as physically.
