Kitchari is a delicious and easily digestible Ayurvedic dish. Combining simple protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, and ghee, kitchari is a complete meal.  Simply prepared and can be endlessly varied to fit your unique constitution.  

Ghee, or clarified butter, is a common Ayurvedic Kitchen staple. Known for its immense healing qualities, it is recommended for a host of ailments, ranging from poor digestion to memory loss.
