In this three-hour cooking class, learn to make a beautiful and delicious Ayurvedic meal - Stuffed Acorn Squash with quinoa, vegan gravy and a coconut chutney, using only fresh, organic and healthy ingredients.  

For a sweet treat, you will learn how to make date khir (indian pudding) with pomegranates.
