Class will start by learning how to make Chyawanprash (with local ingredients)! This ancient & delicious nutritive jam is known for promoting health, wellbeing, youthfulness & longevity. We will also make 3 churnas (digestive aids to be enjoyed with your meals):

Also a fresh ginger tonic and a fresh basil tonic!
