June 22:  Ayurveda for Natural Sleep ~

Learn how to cooperate with the natural daily & seasonal rhythms that allow for sufficient energy during the day, and restful sleep at night. 

 

June 29:  Ayurveda for Weight Management ~

Learn about the Ayurvedic perspective on healthy weight, and the major role that our "agni" (digestive fire) plays in maintaining our ideal weight.  

 

July 6:  Ayurveda for Emotional Well-Being ~

Learn how our modern culture sets us up for emotional imbalance, and how the common-sense principles of Ayurveda can help you cultivate a calmer mind and peaceful well-being, no matter what is going on in your world.  

 

July 13:  Ayurveda for Graceful Aging ~

Ayurveda is the "Science of Longevity."  Our bodies aren't designed to last forever, but we can live long, healthy, vital lives, relatively free from many of the typical challenges of aging, by following an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
